is a service from MTN that let's you share the credit in your phone
with other MTN users.
The credit will be deducted from your account balance and added to the
receiver's account balance.
You can share n sell from at least #50 to any amount.
Before you can enjoy this service from MTN, you need to have a SHARE N SELL PIN.
By default, every MTN Line is preset to 0000.
However, you cannot make use of the Default Pin. You need to change
it to a 4 digit number you can always rember.
To change your default share n sell pin;
Dial *601*0000*New Pin*New Pin#
OR
TEXT 0000 New pin New Pin to 777
You can also use any of the above method to change your Share N Sell
Pin when you feel like, with the "0000" above replaced by your old
pin.
To transfer airtime to another MTN user, you can do that in any of
the three options below.
1. Dial *600*RECEIVER'S MTN NUMBER*AMOUNT YOU WANT TO SEND*YOUR SHARE
N SELL PIN#
Example: *600*07035304716*100*1234#
2. TEXT, transfer recipient's no amount Pin to 777.
In this option, you send as text message, transfer the recipients no
amount and your share n sell Pin to 777.
In typing the text message, there should be space between the words of the Text.
3. Go to your Phone Menu, select MTN SERVICES, select MTN SIM PLUS,
select MY TOOLS, select SHARE N SELL, select TRANSFER.
Enter the phone number of the person you want to transfer the credit
to, press Ok, Enter the amount you want to transfer, press OK, Enter
your Share N Sell Pin, press Ok.
A message will show on your phone asking if you want to transfer #any
amount to MTN No. Press Ok.
You will be prompted to confirm or cancel. Select confirm.
You are done.
Go ahead, share your MTN Credit with your family members, friends,
colleagues and loved ones. Remember, there is always Joy, Peace and
love in sharing.
