Mind you, it comes as a zip file.
After downloading it, extract it to your desktop for easy location.
SIDE NOTE: THIS PRIVOXY HAS ALREADY BEEN MODIFIED.
Open the extracted folder on your desktop, carefully look for an ICON
"P" with a blue colour.
Double click on it and it will open something like a Notepad, minimise
it then configure your browsers and applications thus;
Http proxy:127.0.0.1
PORT 8118
With the above done, you are in for free browsing.
Just like I earlier told you, don't edit or tamper with and thing.

Unzip it.
